Russian political scientists: Victory parade in Khankandi demonstrates complete failure of Armenia’s plans

November 8 is a great day in the history of the Azerbaijani people, as they celebrate the victory over the Armenian separatist forces and the aspirations of Armenia to tear Karabakh away from Azerbaijan, Russian political expert Evgeny Mikhailov said, Report informs.

The most remarkable thing is that a victory parade took place in Khankandi, which demonstrates the complete failure of Yerevan’s plans, he noted.

“Now all that remains is to develop and further improve the well-being of the people, return people who previously left the occupied territories and create conditions for them to live and work. President Ilham Aliyev knows what he is doing and will cope well with these far-reaching plans. I wish the Azerbaijani people success and further victories,” Mikhailov said.

Another Russian political scientist, director of the Center for Political Research, Sergei Markov, told Report that the parade in Khankandi is a parade of winners. “For Azerbaijan, the parade in Khankandi is a parade of winners. Azerbaijanis are now a victorious people, it is a people who now live with a feeling of victory in their souls.”

“I congratulate the people of Azerbaijan on their magnificent and brilliant victory in the Second Karabakh War. You know, this is a unique case in the world, one might say, a clear victory by knockout on the part of Azerbaijan. The whole world admires how Azerbaijan could solve this problem, which had been facing it for many decades,” Markov said.

According to the director of the Center for Political Research, Azerbaijan not only returned Karabakh, it also turned into the main country of the South Caucasus, and this all happened thanks to the hard work of the Azerbaijani people and the feat of the Azerbaijani soldiers.
