"The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved on the basis of the UN resolutions," Russian State Duma MP Dmitry Saveliev said on the sidelines of the 7th Global Baku forum.
"This conflict should be resolved on basis of the UN resolutions. Existing Madrid principles and the Kazan formula propose liberation of the occupied regions of Azerbaijan and the return of refugees. However, unfortunately, we see the Armenian leadership's eagerness to delay the negotiations on Nagorno - Karabakh, which brings the talks to a standstill," Saveliev said.
He said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had repeatedly pointed out in his speeches that Azerbaijan's foreign policy is unchanged and remains stable.
