Russian MP: Aghdam's ruins are heartrending

The entire Soviet Union knew the city of Aghdam, a member of Russia’s State Duma Sergey Kalashnikov told Report during his visit to the city as part of a Russian delegation.
“Now standing on these ruins is absolutely heartrending,” he added.
“Ruins can be man-made or spring up over time. Here we see how even the grave of Khurshudbanu Natavan, who did a lot for the development of the Karabakh Khanate and Azerbaijan, has been looted. In any case, barbarism in all its manifestations is unacceptable in the 21st century,” the Russian MP said.
