Trilateral agreements must be implemented, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, the Russian bureau of Report informs.

“Fulfillment of the agreements is the guarantee. If something is agreed upon, all the more so when it is signed at the highest level, it must be implemented, rather than engaging in interpretation, inventing, involving third parties. And not even third parties, but some fifth and tenth. There are agreements, they need to be fulfilled. This is a guarantee. As soon as unscrupulousness begins in the implementation of the agreement, there is no time for guarantees,” Zakharova said.
