Ruben Vardanyan 'fired'

Leader of separatists Arayik Harutyunyan has "fired" "state minister" Ruben Vardanyan, Report informs, citing Armenian media.

He will be replaced by the separatist "prosecutor general" Gurgen Nersisyan.

Billionaire Ruben Vardanyan, who has recently been stripped of his Russian citizenship, engaged in illegal activities in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan.

Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a panel discussion in Munich with the participation of the prime ministers of Armenia and Georgia that the Azerbaijani side will not conduct a dialogue with personalities like Vardanyan, but is ready for discussions with those representatives of the Armenian community who were born in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan and have lived here all their lives.
