"The Azerbaijani soldier, the Azerbaijani officer, was fighting with one goal in mind, to put an end to this occupation, to achieve historical justice, and we have achieved this."
Report informs, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev said during a speech at the Victory Parade in Freedom Square on December 10 dedicated to the Patriotic War.
"Azerbaijan has been under occupation for about 30 years. In the early 1990s, Armenia's policy of aggression against Azerbaijan led to our lands' occupation. In fact, Armenia's aggressive policy began in the late 1980s," he said.
