Palestinian ambassador praises beauty of Karabakh: 'I would be happy to return'

Karabakh showcases the unique beauty of Azerbaijan, Ambassador of Palestine to Azerbaijan, Ahmad Bittani, told Report during a visit by the foreign diplomatic corps to the liberated territories.

"I would be happy to visit again," he said.

"This is truly a very beautiful region," said the ambassador, who recently began his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.

He also expressed strong hope that the liberated territories — particularly the city of Aghdam, often referred to as the "Hiroshima of the Caucasus" due to the scale of destruction during the occupation — will be fully restored, erasing the scars left by decades of Armenian occupation.

"I'm confident that in the future, this will be a very beautiful city," Bittani stressed, adding that he would be more than happy to visit the liberated territories again.
