MP: Azerbaijan returned all prisoners of war

All prisoners of war and detainees were handed over to Armenia after the war, Azerbaijani MP Soltan Mammadov said at a committee meeting of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan, Report informs.
"Those currently on trial were detained after the war. All these events are held under international law.
"I do not want to talk about the 4,000 Azerbaijanis whose fate is unknown in the First Karabakh War. They were captured and killed. This issue was also discussed with the European Union," MP stressed.
