Michael Doran: Middle Corridor - very important project not only for Azerbaijan

The Middle Corridor project is very important not only for Azerbaijan, but also for the rest of the world, Michael Doran, a senior researcher at the Hudson Institute, told Report's correspondent on a business trip to Aghdam.

The strength of Azerbaijan is growing every day, and the Middle Corridor project is an amazing prospect not only for Azerbaijan, but for the whole world, the scientist believes.

Explaining his thought, he added that Azerbaijan is at the crossroads between Central Asia and Europe. Therefore, transport and communication corridors through it create wide opportunities for the transit of goods for many countries.

Commenting on the restoration of the liberated territories, especially the city of Aghdam, he noted that he was pleasantly surprised by the pace of restoration work.

"I was in Zangilan a few days ago, I can say that everything I saw impressed me," the expert added.
