Lithuania supports US and EU in their efforts to normalize ties between Baku and Yerevan

Lithuania supports the efforts of the United States and the European Union to help normalize relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said at a briefing following a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

According to Report, Landsbergis noted that the normalization of relations between the countries meets the interests of both Yerevan and Baku.

"We are following the situation in the South Caucasus very closely with great concern and at the same time with great hopes for peace," he said.
