Erdoğan appeals to Armenians from Baku

"Armenian leaders used people's resources to keep the territories of Azerbaijan under occupation. However, if those resources had not been spent on meaningless defense expenditures, weapons, and the passions of bloodthirsty leaders, the situation would be completely different at this moment. We hope that Armenian politicians will analyze this well and take bold steps to build their future based on peace and stability."

Report informs, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said at the Victory Parade in Freedom Square in Baku.

"We also want the Armenian people to be freed from the bondage of the diaspora, condemning itself to poverty and lies. It must be seen that nothing will be achieved with the support of the Western imperialists, and relations must be reconsidered based on good neighborliness instead of hostility. If the Armenian people take a lesson from Karabakh events, it will be the beginning of a new era in the region, "Erdoğan stressed.
