ICRC vehicles pass freely through Khankandi-Lachin road

Conditions have been created for four vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

At the same time, the KamAZ brand car belonging to the Russian peacekeepers moved smoothly from Lachin to Khankandi together with the car convoy.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.

Conditions have been created for the vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move again on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha.

According to Report, the movement of vehicles was ensured without hindrance.

So, a total of 4 cars passed from Khankandi to Lachin.

There were several Armenian families with women and children inside the vehicles.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
