ICRC vehicles pass freely on Khankandi-Lachin road

Conditions have been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the unhindered passage of nine vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

According to Report’s employee covering the rally, eight cars and one truck passed unhindered from Khankandi to Lachin.

The protesters do not interfere with the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.
