ICRC vehicles move freely through Khankandi-Lachin road - UPDATED

Conditions have been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the unhindered passage of 8 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

According to an employee of Report covering the rally, 7 passenger cars and a truck passed freely from Lachin in the direction of Khankandi.

The protesters do not interfere with the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.

Thus, a total of 21 ICRC vehicles have today used the Khankandi-Lachin road, freely.
