ICRC vehicles move freely on Khankandi-Lachin road

Nine vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) moved freely on the Khankandi-Lachin road, where Azerbaijani eco-activists are protesting against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

Eight cars and one truck of the ICRC traveled unhindered from Khankandi toward Lachin.

The protesters do not interfere with the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.

The protests against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan continues for 112 days.
