The Armenian diaspora made many mistakes: the Armenians live in this region and must establish peace with Azerbaijan, former Turkish Foreign Minister Hikmet Cetin told Report on the sidelines of VIII Global Baku Forum.
He said that the Armenian diaspora incites discord between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The diaspora is numerous and lives in different countries and must join in creating peace and stability in the region, he added.
Since the Armenian people live in the South Caucasus region, they must learn to live in peace with their neighbors, Cetin said.
