Hero of April battles continues to destroy enemy vehicles: MoD

Warrant officer Tahir Misirkhanov, who was awarded the "Flag of Azerbaijan" order after he destroyed six Armenian tanks in April fighting in 2016, today continues to destroy enemy equipment.

T. Misirkhanov, who fought bravely in the counter-offensive operation launched by the Azerbaijani Army to liberate our lands from occupation on September 27, showed courage and destroyed 11 more armored vehicles, Report informs citing the Ministry of Defence.

Playing a role in the Azerbaijani Army's victories, the fearless fighter destroyed 17 enemy vehicles. He expressed pride over this and proudly says that he will fight to the end for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.
