"It is shameful that the OSCE Minsk Group is dead now. It could be a really useful platform. "
Report informs, former American co-chair of the OSCE MG Matthew Bryza said during an online discussion organized by GCRF-Compass and the ADA University.
"It should also be borne in mind that there is an influential Armenian diaspora in all the OSCE Minsk Group countries. And for me, it is very strange that the co-chairs from the United States and France appeared in Baku after all this. And President Aliyev quite rightly asked them: "What are you doing here"? I do not see how now the OSCE MG can work constructively further," the ambassador said.
