Foreign Ministry: Armenia uses terrorist means against civilians

"Since the morning of September 28, the Armenian armed forces have been intensively shelling the Azerbaijani city of Tartar. Enemy forces are purposefully targeting civilians and facilities in the city."

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's press service told regarding shelling of the Azerbaijani city of Tartar by Armenia, Report says.

"Armenia demonstrates it grossly violates international humanitarian law by using terrorist means against civilians by firing people of Tartar city.

Responding to the new act of aggression by Armenia, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, carrying out counter-offensive measures, declare that they do not wage war against civilians, women, and children counter-attacks within the framework of international humanitarian law. The actions of the Armenian side, contrary to international law, demonstrate that the country uses all means, including war crimes, to achieve new plans of aggression.

We call on the international community to resolutely condemn the war crimes that purposefully target Armenian civilians, "the Foreign Ministry said.
