Blinken hails Bayramov-Mirzoyan meeting as 'a positive step'

Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan took a positive step, meeting in Tbilisi, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Twitter, according to Report.
"Direct dialogue is the surest path to resolving Azerbaijani and Armenian differences," Blinken tweeted.
