Baby taken from Khankandi to Armenia for treatment, accompanied by ICRC vehicles

A baby was taken from Khankandi to Armenia for treatment, accompanied by ICRC vehicles, said a Report correspondent working at the scene.

According to the request received from the International Committee of the Red Cross requested to allow to take Vladimir Balayan, born in 2022, and his parents, accompanied by the committee's employees, from Khankandi to Armenia on December 24 at 09:00 for treatment of his illness and return to Khankandi in the same group on the same day.

As noted in the request, on the way back, medicines and medical supplies for the Khankandi hospital will be transported in the trunk of the cars.

This once again proves that the road is open for humanitarian purposes.
