Azerbaijani President: "Minsk Group was virtually paralyzed in 2019"

"Today high-ranking officials in Armenia are still talking about the Minsk Group," President Ilham Aliyev said, addressing the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis in Shusha.
"I think it is in vain and it makes no sense. The Minsk Group was virtually paralyzed in 2019," he said.
