Azerbaijan's Zabukh village native: I will move there with my family

"Under Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev, our lands have been liberated from occupation and now Azerbaijanis are returning to their native lands," Telman Ashrafov, a resident of the Zabukh village of the Lachin district of Azerbaijan, said in an interview with Report.

A native of Zabukh, who is in the Lachin district these days, stressed that his heart overflowed with pride when he saw his native village from afar: “When I arrived in Lachin, I could not believe that I had set foot on this land again. Our district, city, village, which were inaccessible to us not so long ago, are now free. We, Lachin natives, have already returned to our native lands. I was sad to see the destroyed houses, but the realization that we are already here, in Lachin, overwhelms you with joy."

Ashrafov noted that he is ready to move to Zabukh with great joy and wants this process to start as soon as possible: "Today I learned that the city of Lachin, the villages of Zabukh and Sus came under the control of our army. I express my endless gratitude to our President for this news. Of course, I want to return to Lachin. After all, there is my home, my land, my native land. I will move to Zabukh with my family as soon as possible."
