Armenians killed 10 Azerbaijani civilians, 30 injured- OFFICIAL

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry and the Prosecutor General's Office issued a joint statement on the new act of aggression by the Armenian army against Azerbaijan, Report says.

"On September 27, the Armenian armed forces brutally violated the ceasefire and launched another aggression against Azerbaijan. The Armenian side opened fire on the civilian population in gross violation of international law's norms and principles. Ten civilians were killed, while 30 injured, the statement said.
