Akkan Suver: International organizations should say stop to Armenia

"When will the world community say stop to Armenia, which has already turned crime into politics?"
Professor Akkan Suver, Chairman of the Marmara Group Foundation for Strategic and Social Studies, told the Report's local bureau.

According to him, a particular part of the Lebanese population is Armenian. "There are reports that after the explosion in Beirut's port, official Yerevan began to invite Armenians to Armenia and settle them in the occupied Azerbaijani lands, in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Under international law, the occupation of another country's land is a crime against humanity. The settlement of Lebanese Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh, an integral part of Azerbaijan and has been under Armenian occupation for 29 years, does not fit into any legislation. Before that, there was also information about the resettling of the Syrian Armenians in those lands.

The professor said that international organizations should be sensitive to the issue and tell "stop" to Armenia to "stop". Armenia continues its aggression policy and commits crimes by placing Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is recognized as Azerbaijan's territory by international organizations such as the UN, the Council of Europe, and the OSCE. It cannot continue in this way. 370 Lebanese Armenians have already arrived in Armenia, and work is underway to resettle them in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Armenia is looking for ways to increase the number of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh. Of course, we cannot remain silent on this issue. The world must say stop this injustice and politics. How long will international organizations wait for Armenia to abandon its policy based on crime?"
