44 medical workers martyred in Patriotic War of Azerbaijan

On the eve of the second anniversary of Victory Day, Health Minister Teymur Musayev and members of the ministry's board visited the graves of the martyrs of the Patriotic War in the Second Alley of Honor, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Health.

The memory of the doctors who died for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity was commemorated.

During the 44-Day Patriotic War, 159 military medical workers received various degrees of physical injuries. Forty-four medical workers - 11 doctors, seven paramedics, and 26 medical instructors were heroically martyred.
