For four years, Finland has been named the happiest country in the world, said the document "World Happiness Report 2021", prepared at the request of the United Nations.
Iceland, Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands are in the top five, while Sweden, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, and Austria are also in the top ten. Azerbaijan places 90th in this ranking.
The World Happiness Report has been produced annually by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Division since 2012. It takes into account such indicators as life expectancy, social support, GDP per capita, and others.
