Fraudster in Thailand sentenced to over 13,000 years of imprisonment

Baku. 30 December. REPORT.AZ/ Pudit Kittithradilok from Thailand was sentenced to 13,275 years of imprisonment for organization of a financial pyramid.
Report informs referring to the foreign media.
The victims of scam were 40,000 people, who invested about $ 160,000,000 in his companies.
Kittithradilok was found guilty in 2,653 counts of fraud. Thanks to the confession, the court agreed to commute the sentence of Kittithradilok in two times to 6,637 years and 6 months.
However, it is said that he will barely spend more than 20 years in prison. Thai laws envisage not more than 10 years of imprisonment on each of accusations and Kittithradilok was sentenced for two of them.
