Azerbaijan's Dushbara is on list of tastiest dumplings worldwide

Azerbaijan’s national dish, Dushbara, is included in the list of the tastiest dumplings in the world, Report informs, citing CNN Travel.

According to report, Dushbara is a classic Azerbaijani comfort food. These Azerbaijani dumplings are filled with lamb or beef, and usually served in broth. Rather like the most fiddly of Italian pasta dumplings, they’re folded by hand, a process made more difficult by their small size. Vinegar and garlic sauce top it off with an extra kick.

The list also includes Pierogi from Polish cuisine, Modak, the national dish of India, Pelmeni from Russia, Manti from Türkiye and Central Asia, Ravioli from Italy, etc.

As reported, Dushbara is one of the main dishes of the national cuisine of Azerbaijan. Dushbara, which is considered to be the food of most Baku villages, is cooked in almost every family today.
