Status of works on Barda-Aghdam and Horadiz-Aghband railway lines announced

92.5% of the works on the Barda-Aghdam railway project and 52% of the works on the Horadiz-Aghband railway project have been completed, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rahman Hummatov said.

Report informs that Hummatov was speaking at the next meeting of the Working Group on Transport, Communications and High Technologies under the Interdepartmental Center of the Coordination Headquarters established for centralized resolution of issues in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held in Khankandi.

According to him, the construction of railway lines continues:

"Besides, work on the preparation of project-estimate documents for the Aghdam-Khankandi railway line is currently being carried out."
