Single card system for public transport to be applied in Baku after European Games

Baku. 12 May. REPORT.AZ/ The preparatory work on a single fare card system has already been completed in Baku Metro.
The process in city transport will begin in stages after the first European Games, Report informs the Deputy Transport Minister Musa Panahov said to journalists.
The deputy minister said that the work on software, processing center, technical requirements, giving the cards to citizens, a matter of filling them is carried out in this field.
"After the first European Games, the application of a single card systm in public transport will start step by step. In the beginning, the current fare cards will be used but later they will be changed or the citizen can replace it with new one," M. Panahov said.
