Shahmar Movsumov: We want to apply Türkiye's experience in land reform in Azerbaijan

Getting acquainted with the successful land reform in Türkiye, Azerbaijan wants to apply it in the liberated territories, Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Department of Economic Issues and Innovative Development Policy of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, told Report.

Movsumov said that the main purpose of his visit is to view the land reforms carried out in Türkiye and to learn about its experiences in this field:

"As you know, preparing proposals for reforms in our liberated lands is a task - a measure provided for in the 2022-2026 socio-political development strategy approved by Mr. President. In accordance with that measure, we study the experience of different countries. Successful reform in this field is also being carried out in brother Türkiye, and we also want to get acquainted with the mentioned reforms."
