Plan of Baku's regional development until 2030 developed

The plan of regional development of Azerbaijan until 2030 is ready, according to the report on the activity of Azerbaijan's Union of Architects for 2017-2022, Report informs.

Under the plan, the new Baku agglomeration should connect Baku with the Absheron district and the city of Sumgayit, thereby covering almost an entire Absheron peninsula.

"The architecture of Azerbaijani cities is changing every passing day, becoming more attractive and unique. Today the architecture is one of the priority directions of the country's development. Over the past years, independent Azerbaijan entered a new stage of development and reached great success. There are greater changes ahead of us in the nearest future," the report says.
