Passengers of delayed AZAL flights depart for Istanbul

Passengers of all three flights of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) on the Baku-Istanbul route were sent to the destination airport by Airbus A340, AZAL’s largest wide-body aircraft, Report informs, citing the company.

Passengers of the canceled flights on the Istanbul-Baku route will fly to Baku aboard the same plane.

Istanbul airport was closed and several AZAL flights were delayed or canceled due to heavy snowfall.
