Multisectoral Actions Pathways for Resilient and Healthy Cities to be introduced at COP29

Multisectoral Actions Pathways for Resilient and Healthy Cities initiative of Azerbaijan will be introduced at COP29, Anar Guliyev, the chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan, said on X, Report informs.

Guliyev represented Azerbaijan at the Ministerial Roundtable within the World Urban Forum, where he highlighted Azerbaijan’s commitment to the new urban agenda and SDG’s.

“In this context, COP29 is a pivotal moment for us to introduce the MAP (Multisectoral Actions Pathways for Resilient and Healthy Cities) initiative of Azerbaijan and launch the Baku Continuity Coalition, aiming to build synergy between COPs and WUFs,” Guliyev said on X.
