Israel, Egypt to launch direct flights between Tel Aviv and Sharm El Sheikh

Israel and Egypt agreed on Wednesday to establish direct flights between Tel Aviv and Sharm el-Sheikh, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said, Report informs.
"Israel and Egypt agreed today (Wednesday, March 16, 2022) to expand direct flights between the two countries, which will open a new route between Ben Gurion International Airport and Sharm El Sheikh," the statement said.
"It is expected that flights will begin during the Passover (a week-long Jewish holiday, this year falls on the period from April 15 to April 22) next month," the office said.
