Flights to Gabala start from two Russian cities

Russia's Azur Air has agreed to operate flights from Moscow and St. Petersburg to the Azerbaijani city of Gabala, Report states, citing Interfax.
According to the information, the flights will be launched this month.
Azur Air began operating flights in 2014.
