Cargo transportation by sea in Azerbaijan up by 16%

In January-February 2024, 1,273,900 tons of cargo and 4,000 passengers were transported by sea in Azerbaijan, up 15.9% and 42.9%, respectively, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
More than half of the cargo (50.5%) was oil and oil products.
