Cabinet of Ministers to prepare General Plan of 16 cities in next two years

The Cabinet of Ministers has ratified the General Plans of 7 cities during a year, Samir Nuriyev, the chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, told journalists.

Report informs that, according to him, the number of approved general plans has reached 42.

"General Plans of three cities (Agjabadi, Bilasuvar, Goychay) are expected to be approved soon. Preparation of general plans of more 7 cities (Baku, Dashkasan, Kurdamir, Saatli, Sabirabad, Shabran, Tartar) has already started, while preparation of general plans of 9 cities will start in the next two years," he said.
