Baku is, today, hosting a meeting between Azerbaijani, Russian, and Iranian officials on the Development of the International North-South Transport Corridor, Report informs.
Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Alexander Novak, and Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran, Rostam Ghasemi, are participating in the meeting.
During the meeting, the parties noted the importance of further strengthening the cooperation to develop the International North-South Transport Corridor, including promoting the creation of regular transport services and making maximum use of the high intermodal transit potential of Azerbaijan, Iran, and Russia.
The Baku Declaration is expected to be signed at the end of the meeting.
