Azerbaijani railway company promotes services at Istanbul Logistrans-2021 exhibition

The traditional Logistrans-2021 international logistics and transport exhibition is being held in Istanbul, Turkey on November 10-12.

Report's local bureau informs that the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC and its subsidiaries ADY Express and ADY Container are represented at the exhibition with a joint stand.

The stand informs visitors about Azerbaijan's achievements in the transport sector, the country's transit opportunities and new projects. Delegates from the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC informed participants in the exhibition about the advantages and opportunities of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, Europe-Caucasus-Asia, the North-South and other international transport corridors passing through Azerbaijan and shared information about several other transport routes to be implemented in the future.

They also held talks with cargo owners and large companies operating in the logistics sector of Turkey and other countries. The bilateral meetings focused on the transportation of goods using international transit routes through the territory of Azerbaijan. Officials of the Azerbaijani railway have invited representatives of international companies to take advantage of the wide range of services they offered in cargo transportation.

Numerous meetings and talks were held with well-known and influential world companies at the exhibition. In total, more than 10,000 visitors attended the exhibition, which brought together representatives of 180 companies. Representatives of over 150 companies from more than 25 countries are presenting new technologies in the field of transport, transportation mechanisms, railway infrastructure, construction and new areas of logistics.
