President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of the 110/35/10 kV Gubadli substation of AzerEnergy OJSC, Report informs, referring to presidential press service.
Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva visited the Gubadli region on October 25.
