Azerbaijan sets territorial limits for small electric vehicles

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has approved the territorial (zonal) numerical limits for small electric vehicles operated by small electric vehicle operators.

According to Report, Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision in this regard.

The decision establishes the following territorial limits for small electric vehicles:

- No more than 6 vehicles per 1,000 people within the administrative-territorial units of Baku, Sumgayit, Khirdalan, and Ganja cities.

- No more than 4 vehicles per 1,000 people within the administrative-territorial units of other cities and districts of Azerbaijan.
