Azerbaijan building new roads to liberated districts

The Khudafarin-Gubadli-Lachin and the Khanlig-Gubadli roads are one of the road infrastructure projects being implemented in Karabakh and East Zangazur economic regions on the instructions of the president and will play an important role in the socio-economic development of the liberated district and villages.

The length of the Khudafarin-Gubadli-Lachin road is 66 km and it is also planned to build a new 17-km road from Khanlig village to Gubadli District. The total length of the designed roads is 83 km, Report informs.

In line with the presidential instruction, the construction of the Khudafarin-Gubadli-Lachin and Khanlig-Gubadli roads is underway in accordance with the first technical category, with four lanes, taking into account the development plan of Karabakh.
