Azerbaijan and Pakistan to launch charter flights

Azerbaijan and Pakistan will open charter flights, head of the Pakistan office of the TUMSIAD Turkish Businessmen and Industrialists Association Chaudhry Anees Iqbal said speaking at the press conference dedicated to the exhibition Azerbaijan-Turkey-Pakistan due in Baku on April 11-13.
"We are already at the final stage of negotiations. AZAL and the government of Pakistan have given us the nod. We are only left to hold one more meeting and agree on details," he said.
According to Anees Iqbal, the number of Pakistani tourists visiting Azerbaijan is growing. Thus, in 2018, Azerbaijan saw 22,000 Pakistani tourists and their number is to reach 32,000 people by September.
