Azerbaijan and Egypt discussed prospects for cooperation in sustainable urban development and infrastructure, Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, said on X.
Report informs that, according to him, the discussions took place during a meeting with Egypt's Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbini within the framework of the 12th World Urban Forum (WUF12).
"During the meeting, we expressed confidence that Azerbaijan will widely use Egypt's experience in preparing for WUF13, which will be held in Baku in 2026," the post states.
