Azerbaijan Airlines, Azerbaijan Railways, Baku Metro transferred to Azerbaijan Investment Holding - ORDER

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the transfer of Azerbaijan Airlines, Azerbaijan Railways, Baku Metro, and BakuBus Limited Liability Company to the management of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding.

According to Report, the following state-owned enterprises will be managed by the Azerbaijan Investment Holding:

Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company;

Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint-Stock Company;

Baku Metro Closed Joint-Stock Company;

BakuBus Limited Liability Company under the Baku Transport Agency.

The Cabinet of Ministers shall resolve the issues arising from the order.

The Ministry of Economy and the Azerbaijan Investment Holding have been instructed to take the necessary measures to resolve the issues arising from this order.
