AZAL wants to increase number of flight destinations to 62

Azerbaijan Airlines JSC (AZAL) wants to increase the number of flight destinations to 62 this year, said the first vice-president of the airline Samir Rzayev, Report informs.

He added that AZAL is interested in cooperation with international airlines:

"Currently, about 30 airlines use our airports. We expect this indicator to increase in the coming years. Requests from foreign companies regarding the organization of flights to Azerbaijan have increased. A few days ago, Hong Kong Airlines applied and want to organize flights from Hong Kong and a number of cities in China. We also cooperate with some online platforms. As AZAL, we are interested in the development of Azerbaijan's tourism and will continue our support to this."
