Amendment made to Law "On Central Bank of Azerbaijan"

Baku. 14 October. REPORT.AZ/ Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) adopted amendments to Laws "On Central Bank of Azerbaijan" and "On Public Debt".

Report informs, according to the fisrt amendment, in conformity with Deposit Insurance Law, Central Bank of Azerbaijan will provide credits to Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) under government guarantee.

One more article was added to the Law "On Public Debt" in this regard. 

Notably, ADIF’s loans with government guarantee are regulated by the Law "On Deposit Insurance".
