Sausage production slightly up in Azerbaijan

In January-April 2025, 9,438.9 tons of sausage were produced in Azerbaijan, 0.9% more than in the same period of 2024, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

As of May 1, the country had 46.4 tons of finished product stocks, which is 16.1% less than a year ago.

In the first four months of 2025, food products worth over $1.778 billion manats ($1.045 billion) were produced in Azerbaijan - 12.5% more compared to the previous year.
